Contact forms and website security
If you send the contact form, we process the name, email address, topic, message, form-security result, request time, and a request identifier used to deliver and troubleshoot the message. The form reaches a controlled Voice Typing Aid mailbox. Please do not send passwords, payment details, health records, confidential transcripts, or other sensitive material.
Cloudflare provides hosting, security, request routing, and bot protection. It can process technical request information such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, requested URLs, and security signals to operate and protect the site.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager and Clicky load only after you accept optional analytics in the privacy panel. Google Analytics can receive page and referrer information, explicit conversion events, session statistics, approximate location, and browser or device information. It can set first-party identifiers named _ga and _ga_<container-id>. This property uses two-month event and user data retention, disables enhanced measurement and advertising tags, and does not reset the period on new activity.
Clicky can receive page and referrer information, clicked links, user agent, screen resolution, language, interaction coordinates, and an IP address handled under its visitor-privacy setting. Tracking cookies are disabled. Neither provider receives your contact-form message or text entered in the browser-local tools as an analytics event.
Necessary local storage remembers your analytics choice and theme. The free text tools run in the browser and do not submit the text you enter to our server.
Your choices and requests
Use “Privacy choices” in the footer to change your analytics selection. Switching to Necessary only reloads the page, stops future optional analytics loading, and removes recognizable first-party analytics cookies that the site can access. It cannot retract events already transmitted or automatically erase provider-held records.
Contact messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed to answer, prevent abuse, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. To ask about access, correction, deletion, or another privacy right, email privacy@voicetypingaid.com and identify the email address you used. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on the law.
VTA Dictate privacy information
VTA Dictate includes separate application privacy information covering local files, speech models, activation, updates, diagnostics, optional telemetry, deletion controls, and network-connected operations.
Material changes to this website policy receive a new effective date. Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@voicetypingaid.com.
