System requirements
- Windows 10 or Windows 11, 64-bit.
- About 2 GB of free disk space for the app and a speech model.
- 4 GB of RAM to start; 8 GB or more is comfortable for longer sessions.
- A working microphone for live dictation, or audio files for transcription.
- An internet connection for setup, the model download, activation, and updates.
What the app does
- Voice type into standard Windows text fields with a trigger that fits your routine.
- Record permitted system and microphone audio, then turn it into a transcript.
- Create concise meeting notes and action items from a recording.
- Export timed SRT and VTT subtitle files from your transcripts.
- Keep recordings and transcripts as local files you control.
